We have had 3 Labs in the past 39 years, Snoopy is adopted and our 4th. The first 3 Labs went to Animal Care Center and Dr. Dan took care of them. It was only when Dr. Horton opened his clinic in Rio Rico that we switched over for the convenience of closeness. Dr. Bigelow and Dr. Murray both have saved the lives of two of our family pets and diagnosed a third after having obtained two incorrect diagnosis from other facilities/vets. Recently, my golden retriever was bitten by a rattlesnake at 4:00 in the afternoon. Within 30 minutes, I rushed him to Animal Care Center for treatment refusing their advice to take him to the pet emergency center in Tucson (who was one of the incorrect diagnosis). Dr. Bigelow agreed to start the anti venom IV in office and treat my snake bitten golden right there and then. Today, 5 days later, he is fully recovered. Though pricey, I won t take my dog anywhere else. Dr. Bigelow saved another dog s life and we are sincerely appreciative.

The technician was so sweet and explained everything that she did and how my dog was in there and the front desk is always kind and professional!

Staff is great-friendly efficient. Wait time is minimal. Drs. Humphrey and Bigelow provided excellent care for my dog but also showed genuine concern for. Her health.

Due to Lucca s health issues, we have been to several clinics including specialty clinics. ACCGV has the most caring and involved technicians, staff and vets we have encountered here in Arizona.

This was my first visit to Animal Care Center and the entire experience was amazing. The front desk staff, vet techs, and Dr. Huang were all very helpful and kind. My concerns for my dog were addressed with urgency and compassion by Dr. Huang. I will definitely be recommending her to anyone looking for a Vet!
