Dr. Hilden was the only vet (2 different offices before) to make a correct diagnosis and institute the right treatment. Lola is on the way to recovery. Animal Care Center is a correct name for the place -- you do care.

This was the 3rd vet we have had in a short time due to retirement. This has been stressful as our dog is elderly and has heart disease. We felt very comfortable and Sadie was well cared for by all. The exam and info was very helpful and we feel comfortable that our precious Sadie will be well taken care of. Thank you.

Dr. Hilden is an exceptional vet IMO. She puts so much caring into her treatment of my cats and communicates so well what she observes and what health options we have. I have to make financial sacrifices to use Animal Care Center since the fees are generally higher in all areas. However, I do it because I feel confident I have done the best I can for my cat if she is in Dr. Hilden s care.

Everyone always seems to be in a good mood and are more than helpful. No one seems rush. I really like that when I call in with questions or appointment needs, the person who answers the phone takes care of the situation without transferring me to someone else or putting me on hold. Overall very satisfied with every staff member I was in contact with Really appreciate Dr Krone and the time and compassion he shows with our dog Oliver. He listens well about our concerns and offers good advice. Tech Jenny took time in instructing me about shots I will do and very thorough in her job.

Amazing first time experience I took my pup during the holiday weekend he had a stomach bug and the staff were so helpful they were booked but knew my pup needed medical attention quick and they did everything possible to find him an opening same day apt- thank you!!
