I had a 4:30 appointment. It was al long wait. One hour in the car. Then more waiting inside. Was treated mostly by techs. My doctor who I like a lot was totally exhausted. I will no longer take a 4:30 Appt unless it’s an emergency. Also I will not be coming in unless it is serious. I can’t afford this place anymore.

Doc Humphry was great. She knew what was wrong with Joe the Corgi and fixed it. Couldn t have asked for a better visit with her. Joe and I will be back

Dr. Huang and Everett were just absolutely wonderful! They treated my Abby with the greatest of care as if she was their own. So happy that I finally came here. My Bandit is next. Don t hesitate to bring your babies here. You won t regret it.

Dr Huang, Emelia and every staff member we encountered were professional and very caring about both our pups comfort level and ours. I have never had such a pleasant vet experience and we have had many many pups. I would not hesitate to recommend this vet practice to anyone and everyone! Many condolences and prayers since they recently and tragically lost Dr Krone, although we hadn’t met him, he seemed to be exceptional.

Everything was great. I have never seen a vet come down to a dogs level to help them feel more comfortable it was amazing for my dog.

We have had 3 Labs in the past 39 years, Snoopy is adopted and our 4th. The first 3 Labs went to Animal Care Center and Dr. Dan took care of them. It was only when Dr. Horton opened his clinic in Rio Rico that we switched over for the convenience of closeness. I love the limited animal traffic in the office as my dogs are not friendly around others.

Dr. Hilden was amazing. She addressed all of my concerns for my elderly kitty. I felt like she heard my concerns and I was thrilled with the care she gave her.

Dr. Bigelow and Dr. Murray both have saved the lives of two of our family pets and diagnosed a third after having obtained two incorrect diagnosis from other facilities/vets. Recently, my golden retriever was bitten by a rattlesnake at 4:00 in the afternoon. Within 30 minutes, I rushed him to Animal Care Center for treatment refusing their advice to take him to the pet emergency center in Tucson (who was one of the incorrect diagnosis). Dr. Bigelow agreed to start the anti venom IV in office and treat my snake bitten golden right there and then. Today, 5 days later, he is fully recovered. Though pricey, I won t take my dog anywhere else. Dr. Bigelow saved another dog s life and we are sincerely appreciative.

The technician was so sweet and explained everything that she did and how my dog was in there and the front desk is always kind and professional!

I was very impressed with the entire staff. They took their time and made sure I understood everything my dog needed. Thank you so much!! And ruff!
