It was an amazing experience with the staff and the Doctor, I felt like I was listened to and given the chance to review and either accept or deny what was on the estimate. This was done without making me feel guilty about any of the process . I have one dog that was wary of the situation and doctor Huang allowed him to take his time and relax, she also allowed me to hold for the vaccination and the exam which really helped how Ace reacted to the whole situation, overall it was an amazing experience for both myself and my dogs, we will definitely continue to use this clinic.
