We just switched to Animal Care Center from a different Green Valley vet and are very happy with the care our two silly dogs received from Dr. Bigelow and Alandra. They took plenty of time with us as new patients, examined our dogs carefully and answered all of our questions. Thanks very much for a pleasant experience.

I was most pleased with each person Bella and I came in contact with. They were welcoming, smiling and willing to take care of us while we waited for Dr. Humphrey to come into the examining room. She s always kind and helpful and we re delighted to meet with her. She s thorough and gives us a run-down of her ideas on what action should be taken.

The staff & the Veterinarian were very professional, courteous & informative as is always the case at the Animal Care Center. The wait time was much longer than usual, but the clinic was very busy that day & sometimes cannot be avoided.

Dr Hilden is wonderful with our cat Yoda. She is wonderful with us also taking care to hear us out and answer our questions. It is nice to have one person accompany the pet into the facility instead of having to wait in the car.

Dr. Hilden was the only vet (2 different offices before) to make a correct diagnosis and institute the right treatment. Lola is on the way to recovery. Animal Care Center is a correct name for the place -- you do care.

This was the 3rd vet we have had in a short time due to retirement. This has been stressful as our dog is elderly and has heart disease. We felt very comfortable and Sadie was well cared for by all. Dr. Hilden is an exceptional vet IMO. She puts so much caring into her treatment of my cats and communicates so well what she observes and what health options we have. I have to make financial sacrifices to use Animal Care Center since the fees are generally higher in all areas. However, I do it because I feel confident I have done the best I can for my cat if she is in Dr. Hilden s care.
