The staff at Animal Care is the very best. On my recent visit, my knees were giving me fits and it was difficult to manage a hefty kitty/carrier. Upon arrival and departure the staff helped me carry kitty inside and back to my car. I could not ask for better care for my senior kitty. Thank you.

We are very comfortable with Dr. Hardin and she gave us the time we needed to ask our questions. She was very empathetic and courteous. We also wanted to compliment the assistant to the Sonographer on Saturday in handling Sasha and really appreciated her getting Sasha in so quickly. These situations are never enjoyable, but you all helped to calm ours and Sasha s anxiety!!! Thanks so much!

I will miss Dr. Hilden but she recommended the names of two other vets within the clinic that we would be happy with.

I feel so safe and secure taking our dogs to your clinic. I did not worry about the dental procedure knowing Dr. Huang is fantastic. Thank you for being there for Zorro and JoJo and giving us peace of mind they will get the best care.

Very much liked/appreciated Dr. Martin + Ciara. Thank you for moving us to a room so quickly to avoid having us wait out front with our cat amongst all of the dogs. May be helpful to divide the room if you do often have a mix of animals that are waiting.

Dr. Humphries and her staff are the best!! Every technician was well prepared and prompt. The checkout procedure was seamless and much kudos to Dr. Humphries as she has filled the shoes of my former vet of almost 40 years. Dr. Humphries is extremely knowledgeable and I have the utmost trust in her. Couldn’t be better! AAAA++++

The staff were friendly and kind, and very responsive to our pet. We thought it odd that we were never addressed by our names at all, and casually referred to as ‘guys’ or ‘you guys’. That could be off-putting if you weren’t so kind and friendly to our pet. Food for thought.

The entire staff is wonderful, but Dr. Wong surpasses all the vets that I have had over the many decades. She treats Sierra like relate ( which she is.) Love this place! Tom
