#3 is pending bloodwork. Dr. Humphrey and Ali make a great team -- both very kind, caring and able to spend the amount of time required.

Dr Huang was unbelievably helpful. She was willing to hear me out and incorporate what was important to me into her treatment for my dog. I will come back specifically because of her. It s nice to have a vet that goes above and beyond!

Dear Medical Team.....I was pleased with the surgery and treatment Teddy Bear received. However trying to get him to swallow the antibiotics and pain pills with bits of meat is impossible. Can t they give liquid meds for dogs, or supply pill pockets with the pills?? Thanks...........Sandra Visco

I FELT REASSURED BY DR HILDEN THAT MY CAT S CONDITION IS TREATABLE. ACC WOULD BE ABLE TO DETERMINE THE REASON MY CAT LOST 2 POUNDS AND ONCE TESTS COME BACK IN 3 DAYS I WILL BE ABLE TO TREAT HIM AND RESTORE HIS HEALTH.

I have been a satisfied client for 13 years. We are cat people so most of our appts were with Dr Murray. 9/30 was my last visit as I am moving to IL. Care is outstanding and fees reflect the care standards. Linda

We love the Animal Care Center staff and service. However, veterinary prices are extremely high.

This was our puppy s first visit to our own vet. He had a great time. Thank you all for making it a fun experience for him.

The service by both the vet assistant and the doctor was excellent. I feel your fees are very high. I expected to write a check for the service. I do not like to use the credit card as I am on a limited monthly income. When the bill turned out to be $400 I asked if I could write a check for $200 and pay the balance in two weeks at the follow up appointment. I was abruptly told no it was full payment at time of service. This was a very unexpected visit and definitely not in the monthly budget. I ended up having to use my credit card. In an area made up of many retired people this policy should be revisited.

I think the service was very good;Dr. Huong is very kind and soff-spoken which is important when dealing with an animal in a stressful setting. However, I feel that your rates are very high and not really comparable with most other pet care centers in Green Valley. If I were to begin looking for treatment for a future pet, I probably would seek out another caregiver, equally competent but less expensive.

The vets and their staff are wonderful, and I breathe a sigh of relief knowing I have such optimum care for my best friend, Boo. I am most grateful.
