I come to Animal Care because I do totally trust everyone there to keep my pet s best interest at heart and they have for many years now.

Dr. Huang is very professional and has an excellent bed side manner with Sandy. We really appreciate the follow up calls we received after her care. Although Sandy is very nervous to go to the office Dr. Huang tries to calm her down. Dr. Huang takes her time with her exam and explains everything in the simplest terms and makes sure that we understand what she is trying to explain. You are very fortunate to have Dr. Huang on staff. Dr. Murray who we get sometimes and appreciate is just as good and professional. I have recommended Animal Care Center to several people and have also recommended they listen to the Dr. s on KGVY on Wednesdays. Great professionalism with the whole staff please keep up what you are doing. One person who I talked to said it seemed a little expensive but I told them with all the up to date equipment, medication, concern, follow up with each patient and the peace of mind I get when I leave its well worth it.

I especially appreciate Dr. Humphrey s caring concern for me and my pet.

This was my first opportunity to meet with Dr Hilden. It was a booked day and yet Dr Hilden gave of her own time.. She explained very clearly what she felt was the problem. She explained her treatment plans and our options, She accommodated our schedules at the cost of her own, We were very pleased with the level of professionalism displayed by the doctor and staff.

Green Valley Animal Care Center is just the best!!!!! No one touches my dogs except Dr. Humhrey.

Some of the front staff is courteous and friendly, but some are not. The lady who took my kitty-cat, Goodwin, to the room was great, but some at the front desk could be a bit more friendly and welcoming and that s why I answered no in No. 1 above. I apologize for not noting the ones who are by name.

The tech was great. Dr. Hilden is my favorite vet EVER....and we shave had a few with all our animals. I always feel great about bringing our pets back to Quail Creek, because I know she is nearby.

My kids get the best care here. I would recommend Animal Care to everyone.

Everyone from the front staff to Dr. Dan were very professional & compassionate.

Not all the charges were explained before hand. In particular the charges for the medications. Also it was not told to me that the fecal sample I needed to bring in needed to be within 2 hours so I came and was unable to deliver the requested sample. I m still working on it. The veterinary was very personable, friendly and knowledgeable.

Greatest Veterinary service we have ever had.. We have had a lot of dogs and lived in several States but Animal Care Center hands down is the BEST.

My first experience with ACC was with your boarding department. You couldn t find a better representative of your company than Laura. Leaving my pets at a boarding facility is never easy for me.. but I felt really relaxed and assured when my animals were staying at ACC under Laura s care. Two thumbs up for ACC.
