I greatly appreciate the receptionist getting me in the same day I called. I was really worried about my dog. Dr Garner took time to explain the issues going on and really check her out.

I was so pleased with this office!! They got me a drop off appointment and saw my dog within an hour of dropping him off. The Dr. called and explained everything in detail. When I picked him up the staff was wonderful. I highly recommend this office!

This week my Minature Schnauzer, Heidi, suddenly became very sick. I called the office at 8:00 AM on Tuesday and was told to bring her right in. For the next two days she went in every morning for the day. Dr. Garner was so kind and patient explaining what was going on with her every day. He spent a lot of unplanned time with us. Sadly, she was to sick to save. Throughout, he could not have done a better job. This is not the first time she has had some health issues. Every time he always was able to explain what was going on and develop a plan to make her better. We really appreciate his professionalism and even more his kind approach. Thank you for getting us through this difficult time.

Yes we loved that we found Dr Kelly again for our little girl Venus. Dr Kelly and his staff are very exquisite. We will never go any were else unless he leaves.

I’d like to thank everyone at your clinic for arranging to see our Meeko so quickly. Her ears are on the mend. At first I was surprised that I was asked to drop her off so the doctor and staff could examine her when they could, as I had no appointment. But it worked out perfectly. The staff mentioned she was well behaved and enjoyed being loved up! This is why I changed to Jacaranda Animal Hospital and followed Dr. Kelley to his new location. I know everyone at JAH loves our pets as much as we do. Thank you!

Excellent service, doctor and staff very friendly and accommodating

The office was clean, but with the 2 benches I found it so difficult to get up without arm chairs. Maybe you would consider 2 vinyl arm chairs for the ADA needs pet parents! I would appreciate this. Thinking of bring in a walker with a seat if you can t fit any chairs in the waiting room. Thank you for considering my suggestion.

Dr. Kelly Garner is the best veterinarian in this area. He is kind, caring, compassionate and understanding about our dog’s health. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

The techs were not friendly, which made me uncomfortable.When I was lead to the exam room, nothing was said about getting his weight and I was carrying a stool sample which no one took until I asked them to.

Dr. Garner and team were very helpful, kind, and compassionate with their care of our dog.
