Everyone was so sweet and took great care for my sick dog

All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The doctor spent a lot of time with us and answered all the questions we had. He also was very friendly with our dog.

Great staff. Had very good customer service both in person and over the phone. And Dr. Garner is awesome as well. All make me very honored that they give my pet such great care.

The strengths of your office are the people. The office staff were friendly and Kelley was clearly experienced and knowledgable. He also showed warmth, kindness, interest, and care for our pet in addition to genuinely being interested in us as pet owners. He asked us about ourselves and I really appreciate him asking both my husband and I what we do for work as typically women can get looked over for that question. If it wasn’t for Dr Garner’s expertise and personality, we wouldn’t come back. The challenges of that office are process related. We were in the waiting room for over 1 hour on Wednesday, August 10th. There was clearly a scheduling issue as it looked like appointments were back to back and scheduled 15 minutes after one another based on the open and visible scheduling software program in the exam room. Another challenges is staff training and basic time management. We needed the sample of our cat’s urine to be tested. Dr Garner asked a staff person to do that, but she didn’t know how to use the machine. More importantly, if the front staff would have known about this, the cat urine could have been tested while we were in the waiting room for an hour. It’s simple time management skills. Also, while we were waiting a staff person came into the waiting room calling for Gunner. No one responded so they just moved on. About 30 minutes later Gunner s owners came in from waiting in the car wondering if they forgot about her. This shows there are communication and process issues in the office. I know Dr Garner is new to the office, which is why I think your office needs to have a facilitated team meeting to hash out how this office will operate under new leadership and what can be improved. You also need a quick training needs assessment, you need to identify some processes that need to be improved, and you need more dialogue between staff/owner/Dr so you can operate as a team where everyone takes initiative instead of waiting for orders. Dr. Garner has the best personality. I love how he keeps it real. Everyone was very nice.

When I arrived on time for my appointment, I was told I was checked in then left to wait for 20 minutes. Finally, I asked if I had come at the wrong time. The woman at the front desk told me the one person who could express glands was busy in back. I asked how long the wait would be because I could come back another day. She finally got up and looked for the person to help me. That person came to the front a few minutes later and told me she had been busy painting. She washed up then told me she was helping the garbage man load trash. (So I was given two different reasons for my wait.) In all I waited for 25 minutes to be helped. Then when I was checking out, I told the front desk person I would call if/when I needed a new appointment. She told me she would prefer to put me on the books now because the doctor books up a week out. Then proceeded to make an appointment for a week later when she was told to make it for after Labor Day. When I asked why, she admitted she didn t know when Labor Day was. Overall, I was unimpressed: left waiting while someone painted/loaded trash and told when to make an appointment by someone who doesn t know when Labor Day is. The woman who expressed my dog s glands was friendly and seemed knowledgeable but everything else about the appointment was shoddy and unprofessional.

Dr Garner is the best. I called last minute with an emergency and even though he was leaving for vacation, he got me in with his staff to get treatment for my baby. He even called me personally later in the day to check on bella...ON HIS VACATION!! WE LOVE HIM

Dr Kelley is the best vet I ve ever had. He and his father are very special. Its not often you come across a vet that displays the care and love needed to keep our precious pets healthy and involve mom and dad to. Dr. Kelley is one in a million and I highly recommend him to anyone with a four legged friend. Not to mention he is very funny!

Exceptional, compassionate care in a difficult and stressful situation. Dr Garner and Staff were terrific and were an integral part in saving our beautiful little puppy’s life .

Did not like how Dr Garner was aggressive with my puppy and scared her to the point she poo and peed herself to simply have her nails trimmed. Will not be back with either of my dogs or recommend him anymore
