When I made the appointment I was told to call when I got to the office and when ready I would be taken to a room. So I thought , good, they are being safe. I called, no was called back and told to come in. Much to my disappointment I had to wait in the lobby with three other people and their pets. On top of that, they emploulyees either were not wearing a mask or had them pulled down to their chin. They women that weighed my pet in argued about putting her mask on, finally did, then when she left the room, pulled it down turned around and smerked at me. I did let the vet know about this. Will I return, I will try it again but if I am treated that pourly again I will not.

The staff was extremely nice and sweet with the exception of one lady who was not very welcoming, maybe she was having a bad day.

We have been taking our fur people here for years. Can always count on the staff to help us out with our concerns. :)

Dogs walking freely around the facility is not my cup of tea. Who knows if an animal came in with something and the dogs are carrying it around. The dogs may not be susceptible, but they can carry the risk of exposing other animals.

The Doctor and Staff are amazing here. They always make you feel important and my (fur) baby is always taken well care of! The Doctor is so special, and is so careful! Very comforting in his explanations and guidance! Thank you all so much! You have no idea how your loving interaction with my pup comforts me, because I am scared about the visit and test results! Thank you isn t enough that can be said...

The staff were amazing fitting in an emergency appointment for my guinea pig with a big infection. With businesses just opening after the covid19 shut down, we truly appreciate the love and caring attention we received while you were so busy. Thank you!
