Even though we no longer live ten minutes from this clinic but more like 30-35 but will continue to go here with every pet we get. The staff knows me and my dogs very well and treat us like family. They’ve helped me through hard times when my boy of nearly 14 years got an aggressive cancer and had to be out down in March. I love the staff and so do my boys.

I was called into the waiting area because I was told they were ready for me. Once inside I waited an hour before I was seen by the Vet. Once the Vet saw me I could tell he was in a rush. As a first time dog owner I had a lot of questions but I did not ask them all since I could tell the Vet was in a rush. I will be finding a new vet immediately.

Auburn Hills has a very caring staff. The facility was very clean. We are very happy.

With everything going on because of this virus the visit went pretty Normal The staff is always very pleasant and you can tell they love what they do

I recommend this practice to my friends or anyone inquiring about a vet practice.

I think we were forgotten in the waiting room (wait time 45 minutes) others were taken back after we were waiting but to be fair, this was a non emergent appointment and just a well check so I understand why we might have been waiting.

My puppy was recently in for a spray procedure. I had to call to find out her pre-op instructions. It would have been nice to receive those instructions 48 hours prior to her scheduled drop-off.

Great people! Waiting outside and trying call was awkward and took quite a while. But that was probably because of how busy you were

Meghann was great- got us in as soon as possible! We saw Dr. Dave and he was great, too! Our appointment was quick and our pooch is feeling much better. All staff were so great!

Dolly s teeth cleaning and surgery was accomplished with professionalism and gave me confidence in the procedure.
