They did not give me all the service I requested I wanted Angel nails clipped and her neck looked at they didn t do nothing if so they would have noticed she was over heating I left there and rush right to the emergency Animal hospital was I satisfied with your service NO NOT AT ALL VERY UNHAPPY BECAUSE I ALMOST LOST MY DOG.

Dr Dave was awesome. He was so kind with my situation on adopting an older dog! Highly recommend them to anyone!

When calling in to check on my cat I did not feel as though the receptionist was willing to take the time to find out the questions I was asking. Her tone was very unpleasant and resistant to the questions being asked. It s always hard as a pet owner to leave your pet overnight for surgery and healing. I felt the manner in which I was spoken to was very inconsiderate. I have been a customer for over 5 years and this was the first time I experienced this. It was very disheartening. Other than the phone conversations, I was pleased with the care my cat received. The direct care staff were very pleasant and caring.

As a new patient I was so confused as I entered the clinic on what to do to check in!

This animal hospital is the best in the country as far as we are concerned. They do everything from Puppies, kittins to equine and other farm animals. They are always so professional and hold a high level of integrity and honesty. Always is Whats best for you animal approach...sometimes thats very difficult. They are also more about the animals than the money...that in itself is a blessing...very reasonably priced.
