Beat staff around!! Appointments are always on time but I never feel rushed during the visits. Check ups are very thorough and informative.

I make an appointment and have the expectation that I will get in close to the appointment time. The last few times the waiting time after the scheduled time is 15 to 45 minutes. If I amgoing to have to wait then why make an appointment, just show up and get worked in.

Disappointed with the level of care. When my cat’s T4 levels went higher I was told to reduce his Methimazole dose by half. When I brought him in for a recheck I was told that his dose should’ve been increased not decreased and Dr Tom wondered why it was decreased. Most concerning dice he authorized that change. A friend was with me when so was told to cut the dose. There was no misunderstanding on my part but someone was gave contra indicated medical advice.

When I first arrived I walked. And the lady at the desk asked who I was checking in as I m walking toward her telling her who I was she started waving her hand at me and telling be I needed to back up. Although there wasn t any signs. I then was talking to another lady about the paper work I needed filled out for the travel exam my dog was there for and the same lady that waved her hand in my face stood back at the counter shaking her head because there was some misunderstanding from when I called your office to confirm that your office had the forms I needed when I arrived. This is not the first time the lady with short gray hair and glasses has been rude to us! Very disappointed with our appointment.

Dr. Dave is the best! So was the lady that helped him. They were so good with Callie! They helped me so much! I felt so much better after leaving the office!

You all are great to work with. I’ve never had a bad experience.

It would be nice to know the side effects of shots so as a pet parent you can prepare for the outcome. I think sometimes you all assume everyone knows and we don t. Please double check receipts. I received someone else s and it has name and address info on it.

You were there when I needed you most. Over and above what you needed to.
