Thank you so much for getting us in in such short notice. We were able to keep our plan to see our daughter on a planned visit. Dr. Dave gave us all the time to explain what the issue was with our dog as well the proper dosage of the medication he prescribed. Everyone at the clinic was very helpful and professional. When we go to Animal Hills Veterinary Hospital we are treated like family.

I understand emergencies coming in. The staff was apologetic for the long wait (45 minutes) after being placed in a room before Dr. Dave was available to complete the exam. It must have also been a long/hectic morning as there was blood splatter on the promotional signage on the side of the exam table and the table edge. I might not have noticed it if I didn’t have the long wait. The wait time and cleanliness of the exam rooms have not been an issue prior to this visit. The team did give my pet lots of attention when in the room with us.

Cooper got great attention and treatment at our visit. I was relieved about his condition after I left. He’s doing much better!! Thank you!!

We thought it was absolutely thoughtful to call and check on our dog after being seen day prior to see how he was doing. We were new patients, and the staff and Doctor were very personable and listened. Thank you!

Great Team work

I appreciated that upon check in it was noted that I was scheduled for a tech visit when I was expecting to see the doctor. Fortunately the doctor was available and took the time needed to go over concerns for both dogs. I continue to appreciate that Dr. Tom responds to questions sent by email. I am never certain if he will be available for a scheduled appointment because of his surgery schedule.

It would have been nice if wouldnt have allowed other dogs in the examination Room while examining my dog! Also, when I simply asked the vet about my dogs ear, instead of him explaining to me what he believed the cause of the issue and telling me the best way to help/heal it. He automatically went for the solution poured it into her ear without even asking me if I would like for him to give her something to help with the itchyness. Didn t really say too much about what was wrong with her leg other than possibly a sprain or pulled muscle. I don t even think he could tell me which one or where it could most likely be. Lastly, it s now been two days. Her leg isn t any better and I can clearly see that her hip bones do not look the same the right one is a lot bigger than the other. I honestly couldn t afford the first visit and now I ve got to figure out how to pay for a second visit now knowing that there is a good chance that her back leg won t get the attention that it needs. Honestly, I do believe that it was a different Vet there that seen her the very first time I had brought her in. And I d prefer to continue to see him. Staff in front looked like they could have been doing something productive also rather than just standing up there and just talking. Or maybe overstaffed.

The service was wonderful. My cat was taken care of and is doing well now. Cannot chose the stars. Will not show.

I have been bringing my pets here for years and I wouldn t trust anyone else with their care. I ALWAYS recommend them when someone is looking for a vet.

Even though I am moving to Ft. Wayne, I still plan on using you guys as my main vet care. Your staff and docs as so friendly and compassionate. Keep up the good work!
