I appreciated the effort in trimming my dog s nails as she isn t cooperative. I have experienced longer wait times for appointments than I like, but realize it may have been an unknown emergency that delayed staff.

We have been coming to you guys for 10 years now, and absolutely love your providers and your staff. I was a little bit frustrated over the last week or two due to the fact that my dog had a urinary tract infection and was urinating a large amount of blood. The initial time that I called it was going to be two weeks before she could be seen. I had to call back three times to be seen that day. Still they wouldn’t see her, but they would only see a urine sample that I brought in. One week later after insufficient treatment she was still urinating blood when I called and again that morning at 7:30 I was told that there was only one opening today and that would’ve been at 5:30 PM. I feel at that moment in time there was not flexibility I had to call back a second time, and I was worked in at 8:30 in the morning. We value you all, and absolutely are grateful for all the cares you have done for all of our animals as they are our family. To me this was just a hiccup in the cares that we receive, and overall have an excellent and amazing experience.

Auburn Hills is the best all around. The customer service can t be beat, they have have an amazing team. The people really care there and it shows.

Dr Bob examined Jack and he got his shots. He consulted with us about Bitz over her cough and our difficulty bringing her in. He explained how we could go 3 months instead of 2 with Bravecto for both cats. Very helpful appointment. Paul helped us check out!

I wasn’t aware if the cost until I paid. It was more than what I had planned.

I’ve been coming here for years with my pets and the staff and the doctors have been very caring and friendly.

I have been bringing my pets here for over 20+ years and I have never been disappointed in the care my pets have received. Rhubarb is getting older (soon to be 13yrs old) with this obviously comes new issues and challenges. Everyone is always kind and caring. Dr. Tom was so wonderful during our recent visit and took wonderful car of Rhubarb. Thank you all for everything you do. I know in Rhubarb’s chart it says I only want him seen by Dr. Bob or Dr. Dave. I would like that removed. This was not a reflection on any of the other vets. This decision was made when I first learned Rhubarb had diabetes and then had his stroke. It was a horribly stressful time and I wanted to see someone I was familiar with. Thank you Dr. Tom for the wonderful care and all the information about what is going on with Rhubarb.

We paid for vet visit!! All that came in were what I assumed two techs. I prefer Dr Tom or Dave see our dog and bring techs in with him. The girls were friendly enough and dark haired was thorough except what drops she put in willows eyes or nose. No explanation of drops and shots

Fantastic staff!!! Very caring toward Claire, my Rottie! She had a very bad experience as a puppy getting her nails trimmed and needs something to calm her. Staff is very sensitive to Claire’s needs and provides special care. I am very appreciative!!!
