Efficient, friendly and professional.

I really liked the friendliness of the staff. They were very nice and my little dog seemed to love them. They were able to fit me in last minute and explained everything to me in detail.

The staff was extremely patient with both myself and my dog. I appreciated the care they had when seeing my dog. I would recommend them to anyone.

This has been the best experience ever at a veterinarian. I will definitely be back with my other dogs. Thank you so much!!

Mary Lou was so kind when talking with her. Being a new client with a sick dog she got us right in. They took our dog for a few hours of evaluation and received a call from the doctor and he was super nice and very knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable and took the time to answer our questions. We have golden retriever also and will be taking her there too. Highly recommend this animal hospital. I was not able to go into the clinic since we are in this covid situation, so there were several things I was unable to experience. This visit was the first visit for my dogs having just moved into the state and with the pandemic it is strange to hand my dogs off to people I haven’t met yet. I am very happy with their handling and the service provided. I look forward to a long relationship with CreekWood Vet.

I appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. My first appointment was during the pandemic, so I wasn t able to go inside. My one dog is incredibly shy and fearful, and they were great with him - I appreciated them understanding and working with him quickly. I was grateful to speak to Dr. Lawrence, and he went into detail of what they did and discovered, as well as simple advice for me moving forward. Was a great first experience!

I walked my dog while waiting and noticed that there were no trash cans to dispose of dog poop and people had not picked up after their dogs. Unless they have a poop patrol to pick up poop this could be a problem later.

When will we be able to get back to normal?

I m a bit disappointed that I haven t received the results to our puppies fecal flotation test. Plus because we weren t able to enter into the lobby due to covid-19 our puppy was not weighed either. My son did ask if the puppy had been weighed but it had not been performed. With the new rules based off of the pandemic when I scheduled the appointment I was not advised of all the changes in expectations for our puppies appointment

the staff is super friendly and comforting, the doctor seemed to really care about my cats possible issues and i felt overall very confident in my cat being taken care of properly there, thankyou!

I was pleased with the service and I’m sure Nugget enjoyed all of the extra attention.

Make all recommendations and treatments noted on the visit summary. Sometimes a lots going on, so the over the counter medicines and at home treatments that we’re told about, we can’t remember. So having that visual reminder would be wonderful.

They were great even with the pandemic going on!!

We had Rosie’s toe nails clipped & we we got home one was bleeding. I wish we would have been warned it was bleeding. She is fine & quit bleeding soon after we got home.

Thankful for the drop off appointment service during the Covid-19 virus restrictions. Dr. and staff were wonderful -- and out pet is doing much better because of it! Thank you!
