Cost of charges should be explained to the client at check out. That was not done.

It would be helpful if prescription medications requiring a half dose (such as half a tablet) be filled in that form rather than asking the pet parents to split the dose once home. We ve noticed that some tablets are not scored, making it difficult to evenly split the dose or causing some tablets to shatter into multiple pieces, even when using a pill cutter. Thank you.

Everything went well. I brought in 5 kittens for an initial exam. They still have diarrhea tho, since I got them 2 weeks ago. Can t seem to clear it up.

It was a great experience. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The doctor was super informative and easy to understand. This is the best experience I have ever had in terms of vet appointments.

Our annual visit was great. Everyone was very nice and attentive. Any questions I had were listened to and answered with knowledge and professionalism. From the staff and tech to Dr Baur I was made to feel comfortable and didn’t feel rushed. And more importantly my dog was treated wonderfully and made to feel comfortable. I couldn’t ask for better care or treatment for my dog. Thanks for your wonderful care.

I was so happy with the care Sadie received. Everyone was so friendly and kind. We now have a plan of care for Sadie s broken tooth and look forward to seeing her comfortable & back to her old self. Even though we were being seen for a injury, the experience was positive & so helpful. Great staff!

Lepar is absolutely amazing as a whole from front office support throughout the appointments even through follow ups. I’ve been lucky enough to visit multiple doctors at Lepar, most recently Dr. Kenny. He was great to my pet, educated me and explained things so well, and even sent a follow up a few days later to make sure my dog was okay still. I appreciated that so much and the entire staff! Great job Lepar! You are all amazing.
