Everything was great 5**** We love dr O she has been our pet doctor for many years! She is much easier to understand now if we don’t understand she explains it!

Dr. Oster goes over and above to help my boy. I can’t thank her enough for always taking care of him in times of need and for routine visits. The entire staff and veterinarian team does an outstanding job for my boy for over 14 years! Thank you all and may God Bless you all!

Love the staff. All are very caring and professional. Was surprised when I looked at my bill that my cats blood pressure measurement was 36 dollars though. Seemed very expensive for the few minutes that the cat was out of the room.

We had some problems with Angel after we brought her home i.e she kept running each time she would stand...I believe her potty-shave irritated her anal area(?)She seems a bit better now...just sleeping differently..

It was such a pleasant experience with Monroeville Pet Hospital. This was our dog s first teeth cleaning, so we were a little nervous. The staff explained everything so thoroughly, we felt confident having him in their hands. Once the teeth cleaning was complete, they texted us an update and a picture of him. That meant so much to us! Thank you for all you ve done for our George Franklin!

Everyone at MPH is wonderful. Michelle is always so helpful and I look forward to seeing her when I walk in the door. I am a huge fan of Dr. O. So grateful she has been my pets vet for 17 years. Dr. O always explains things in depth and is so compassionate towards my animals. The vet tech (whose name I cannot remember) was lovely and kind. She was good with my dog and I appreciate all of the staff at MPH. Thank you for all that you do.

Everyone who helped me was great! Dr. Mansfield really made me feel that he had a personal interest in my pet and answered all of my questions satisfactorily. The two vet techs I interacted with (one had very long hair and the other had glasses and mentioned she did her undergrad in psychology) as well as the woman at the front desk were wonderful!!! I apologize for not being able to remember their names. Everyone was great and put me at ease, as I mentioned being nervous because my pet had never been under anesthesia before.

Excellent doctors and staff. Very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Oster, Michelle and the entire team. I have been bringing my dogs to her for decades and wouldn t dream of going elsewhere. However, I have difficulty walking currently and find it extremely hard to get into the office. the last time I was there another car was in the one handicapped space and I had to wait until they left because there is no way I could walk with my extremely energetic dog up those front, awkward steps. PLEASE consider making it a no-step walkway - then more people and older dogs would be more comfortable! Thank you

Dr. Oster has taken care of my dog since he was a puppy. I trust her 100% with his care. Michelle, reception, is always happy and the vet techs are very knowledgeable.
