Getting to be pretty pricey with 3 dogs, but the care is very good !

Always enjoy bringing in our dog.....always friendly people and clean atmosphere and top notch vets.

There must have been a lot of people needing vet care! Normally I am seen within a day. However, my dog needed meds and the meds were called into pharmacy immediately. I have no complaints - the Vet took plenty of time and addressed all concerns.

I gave you all 5 s but I cannot tell if they registered. Maybe it is something with my computer. In any case, I wanted you to know I had a great first visit and will be coming back, and also to let you know I could not tell if your survey worked or not.

We had an emergency come up with our dog and they were able to see us immediately. The staff is so friendly and as an experienced pet owner, Dr. Saunders is the best veterinarian I ve ever had. She was so friendly and knowledgable and kept our very anxious dog calm. I love Petersen Pet Hospital because I know the best of the best are taking care of my dog.

Incredibly impressed with the doctor that Abby and I saw on Friday. It was the first time that Abby and I had an appointment with him, and it was nothing less than spectacular. Abby was comfortable, I walked away with all of my questions answered (and more), and that is one of the many reasons why we will continue to come back to Petersen Pet Hospital for all of our needs. I had to wait approximately 20 after my scheduled appointment to be seen. Michelle kept me informed, offered me water (so did Krystal), and thanked me for my patience. I was in no hurry. When I saw a gentleman come out of his exam room alone and with tears running down his face,I understood the delay. I have been in that situation. The time this staff takes to care for the animals and the humans attached to the animal is second to none! I have never felt rushed, ignored, or like I was an inconvenience. Continue to provide stellar, honest, trustworthy service and you will continue to be my only pet care provider.

Everyone at Petersen Pet Hospital goes the extra mile to care for our furry family members and to keep us updated. I m impressed with the front desk staff, the wonderful techs and Dr. Emily Saunders. When I call the staff is warm and friendly, the techs show warmth and love to Max and Abby...and they know what our puppies need to alleviate stress during the visit. Thanks to all for caring about our Max and Abby, and us.
