the last few appointments were difficult for our family as they were a diagnosis, consultation and euthanasia of our beloved pet. your staff however was very accommodating, professional and patient with us all.

A little expensive, but typical for a Cedar Rapids vet office. The amount of attention and time with the vet was wonderful, and the paper summarizing the results of the appointment was a great surprise!

The front desk staff member that checked us in/out was one of the friendliest I’ve had there yet. Same goes for the gal/tech that took us to the room I hadn’t seen her there before but by far she went above to make us feel welcome and you could tell she loves pets A+ Service and as always Dr. Mcginty did a fantastic job treating my fur baby Thanks

I continued to be impressed with the time Brad takes with me and my pet, even after so many years seeing him and our visit was a routine check up. I hope this continues as we move into a larger facility and expand his practice. Brad is worth the money because of the time he takes with my pet along with his thoroughness. I hope that doesn’t get compromised at the new facility.

I came in without an appointment, I had an emergency situation. The entire staff was more than helpful and accommodating. They made it possible for us to be seen right away. That put my heart and mind at ease. Their treatment made it possible for Dollie to start healing right away, the diagnosis was spot on. They sent me home with some medication and Dollie is healed and back to her normal self. Thank you doesn’t seem to say it enough to how grateful I am!!

This is a wonderful facility. Cannot wait for the (new closer to me) facility to open.

Grooming?

I’m very appreciative for the care I have received for my dog. He is treated in a way the vet would treat their own dog. Diagnosis’ seem to be a longer and more strategical approach than I’ve witnessed elsewhere, which gives more accuracy. Very pleased and impressed with the service I have received. Thank you to the whole team!

Thank you to staff and Dr Saunders for seeing Abby on short notice. Everyone is always friendly and considerate to me, Abby and Max. Front area staff always takes time to greet both of our furry family members. Petersen pet hospital is the only place I will take Abby and Max, plus the techs there are the only ones allowed to trim their nails. (The only way I will leave either overnight is with a 24 hr. attendant.) Thank you also for always calling to check on Abby or Max if seen for other than annual checkup. That follow up call shows you care for the continued good health of our furry family.
