Amazing how they are so friendly and helpful

SARAH YOUNG HAS ALWAYS BEEN THOUROUGH AND INFORMATIVE. APPT WAS WED AND SHE CALLED TODAY WITH THE XRAY AND LAB RESULTS. SHE PROVIDES INFO, LISTENS AND ANSWERS ALL MY QUESTIONS. I REALLY APPRECIATE IT!

Dr McGinty is the BEST! We love him and so do our pets.

We were thoroughly impressed with how Grootamus vet appointment went this last time! He can be very difficult and aggressive with unknown people and we have had struggles in the past getting him the care he needs. Between the medication we administered at home to alleviate some anxiety and the patience of the vet and tech this could not have went more smoothly and we appreciate it so much!

This was our first vet visit. The front desk did a great job welcoming us, offering snacks to my son, showing him the fish tank, etc. They are very warm and welcoming. The vet assistant welcomed us to the room, gave Luna a lot of love, gave my son a lot of attention too (lol), and was generally really kind..explaining everything to me. The Vet did a really great job explaining my options, explaining what is typical for the age, answered all my questions, gave me price points to decide what to do, and was very kind toward my kitten (and also my son of course). This was probably my best experience with a vet and I cant wait to come back. My kitten was pretty calm considering. My favorite thing was the vet tech let her explore the room and countertop while she typed to help get her comfortable.

We LOVE Dr Saunders! She is very caring, compassionate and supportive. And she is always concerned about both her 4 legged patients as well as her2 legged ones ( you know, the pet parents)!

Dr. Carmo is the best. She’s always caring and loving with our pup. I trust her with my eyes closed!

We were thrilled with our visit. Staff were welcoming, patient, kind, and accommodated our dog-reactive dog. All of our questions were answered and we didn t feel rushed. We were given lots of options to consider for now and in the future.

Me and Cooper love coming to the vet. He gets very excited when I tell him we get to go.

Dr. P, Briana and Ashlyn were all so great with my puppy during her spay. Dr. Petersen answered all of my questions, Ashlyn held her paw during her procedure, and Bri gave her a pretty rad haircut! Rue has been doing great and is back to normal puppy self! Thanks team!!

We switched from our Vet in Alburnette to Petersen, and we would never change or go anywhere else. We have a large dog who is sort of handful, and they do not even hesitate to take good care of him! Thank you all.
