There couldn t be a kinder, more generous, aware of her patient s Dr.than Nikci s doctor. Our pet Nicki is a great pet for us. At home she is trained and obedient, at PVH she is obnoxious, to say the least. This past Thrusday was very trying for Nicki thank heavens Dr. Knutson was on her best game to maintain the aggressive, scared Nicki.

Everyone I encountered while I was there were super friendly. Everyone was so great with my cat and treated her so well.

The vet we visited on Saturday was our best experience so far despite learning some devastating news about our dog’s health. She took the time to explain what was going on and answer all of my questions. I didn’t feel any pressure or guilt to sign up for any tests or procedures I wasn’t ready to make a decision on at that point. I really appreciate the compassion she showed and look forward to bringing our dogs to her again.

Hailey is amazing. One of my cats was abused before she went to the shelter where we adopted her. Needless to say, she has some issues but Hailey manages to take care of her endless mats and trim her nails with great success. She s so kind and patient.

This was one of the best pet visits we’ve ever had from anywhere! My dog becomes very anxious at the vet and they were great with him. The vet techs and the vet did whatever they could to create a calm environment. It took just under 30 minutes to get the blood work but they got it! I couldn’t be happier with them and we are new here!

Our visit was everything we had hoped for and more. It was so nice to feel like everyone truly cared about us. We are so grateful.

Dr Peterson took time with are dog to make him feel comfortable before he got a shot it was so nice

Dr. McGinty does an amazing job with Buddy. He goes slow and takes his time as Buddy has terrible anxiety. The nurses that helped were also so sweet with him. They took their time to make sure he was taken care of.

We didn’t have to see the vet for our visit but staff was helpful, quick and friendly as always!
