Dr. Fighter is great with explaining and answering questions. Dr. Thorpe also came in and she was also wonderful at communicating. Both veterinarians were fantastic with my family pets.

The visit itself was fine but during the visit, my husband was in the waiting room and a lady brought in what appeared to be a large Labradoodle which was totally not under control and lunged at my husband and with his claws, broke open several wounds which bleed for 2 days. Your staff did clean and bandage the wounds before we left.

I have always been happy with Pellston Animal Clinic and now Maple River Veternary Clinic. The only thing I would say is that they were extremely busy and maybe overbooked? I had to wait quite awhile in the examining room for the vet.

I drive 50 miles one way to have my pet(s) treated at MRAC. I d drive 100. I began using MRAC 21 years ago. It s been thrilling to see the progress that has been made in those years. Thanking you all for your care and friendship. I love you all....so does Patton. He sends a tail wag to Dr. Colleen.

I am satisfied and happy that my cat seems to be on the mends now. I am a little unsatisfied with how expensive it is now, because you were one of the most affordable vets and now it seems to be one of the top dollar ones. I always felt lucky to have you as a vet compared to hearing my friends talk about theirs. I also felt that it was a little rushed, he was an emergency visit, which i get, but it didn’t feel that my emergency visit got as much care and attention as it would of in the past. I felt he came home too early and he should have been checked again before leaving. He was very unstable an was very off when I brought him back home yesterday morning so it just feels maybe he should of stayed longer an been monitored off fluids to see if he could handle peeing on his own, especially since he peed on himself i feel that shows signs that he had stones in his urethra again, cause they don’t pee on themselves ever. But again i’m very thankful and happy that he is well cared for and is going to be okay hopefully after everything but I can definitely see the change in my 5/6 years of having maple river as a vet. I appreciate all that you guys do. Thank you again.

Staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful…and they take time to answer all my questions. I am never rushed through. Love Dr Colleen…actually, all the vets I have seen have been great! The facility is clean, comfortable and calm..which helps keep “the patient” happier! Best veterinary clinic around!

One of my dogs can be a little unsteady with other dogs. I try to sneak in and out when no other dogs are present but when other dogs are there, it’s difficult to maneuver through. Since we’ve been going there for many many years and they are aware of his “disposition” it would be helpful for someone who works there to “clear the way” or help me guide him out (especially when it’s just me trying to tangle both dogs-one that’s scared of everything and trying to hide in my legs and the other that’s trying get to the other animals) at the end of the visit. Even if it’s just them checking the scene and informing me if other dogs are out there would be helpful!
