I just want to say Chelsea at the front desk deserves a raise, promotion, a trip to the spa, something. I called as a nervous wreck of a dog mom, waiting for cystology results from VCA, and she not only comforted me on the phone, but called over there to get the results for me, when they had been withholding them. She made me and my friends who witnessed her actions loyal to Bressi Ranch Pet Hospital forever. So thank you, thank you Chelsea!

Dr. Kenney and staff were outstanding in all aspects. I acquired a pup who has been cared for by Dr. Kenney, and it was wonderful to have the complete vet history, and we also got her chipped . 100% excellent experience all around. I m loyal for life now.

Jenny was wonderful in explaining my kitty s teeth cleaning procedure and put me at ease as I was nervous regarding the anesthesia and all

Dr. Harrington is so nice to our Obie who just doesn t care to examined by a non-pack member. She did a great job putting him at ease. She also gave us good advice regarding his care including a lump chart which will be useful. I also spoke with the person who did his nail trim and she clearly knew her stuff. Impressed that she remembered Obie although we only come in a few times a year. Obie did have one toenail trimmed too far and has had a bloody toe for a couple days but he is ok. Black nails, it happens.
