Dr Lax is great! Live this vet practice and highly recommend to anyone who loves their pets to death!

Maybe a cushion on the bench in the exam room would be appreciated. It is very hard to sit on while waiting for the Vet.

I started using BRPH with my dog Bodhi, back when I lived in Encinitas, on the recommendation of a friend. I was very happy with the care provided to him, down to the condolences card I received when he passed. It was a no brainer to go back when Ezra arrived, even though I now drive up from Point Loma, it’s worth it. I know I lean pretty heavily into “crazy dog mom” but I always feel listened to, validated in my concerns, and included in reaching a plan of care for whatever comes up with Ezra. Everyone is always so nice, from the front desk to the techs and vets, even if they’re busy. I have been more than happy with our care, keep it up!

The front desk ladies were pleasant and the Vet tech was very kind and accommodating and treated our dog with love and kindness. Dr. Lax as always was highly professional and expertly examined our young dog and found he was in excellent health. Several years ago we took our older dog to Dr. Lax owing to a swollen hind leg joint and radiographically he diagnosed osteosarcoma, a fatal cancer. With great empathy he explained to us that there is no curative treatment . We appreciated his candor. He is indeed a highly experienced Veterinarian who provides excellent care to his patients.

The staff was welcoming and professional. Wait time was minimum. Dr. Zachary was nice to us and our cats. He took the time to answer our questions and address our concerns.

The vet tech was very friendly and seemed to really enjoy interactng with my two kittens. The vet to time to explain their health records from the shelter. I didn t feel rushed. I felt my kittens were well taken care of.

Bressi is always perfect… a welcoming staff, efficient doctors and techs, and a place where both animals and their “ parents” leave feeling they received the best of care !

Always a great experience

I have been going to see Dr. Latz (sr and jr) for over 10 years- the wealth of knowledge and expertise to help cure so many chronic issues has been a blessing! While they have been there for annual checkups and also when we’ve had to say goodbye to our loves, my experiences at Bressi Ranch has always been the best.
