Best vet clinic / animal hospital I have ever been to! Staff and doctor are outstanding!

As always the staff was spectacular!! It is always a pleasure to talk to Sue- she always makes me feel like Zeppy and I are the only patients to be seen. She realizes that Zeppy has some reactivity issues and everyone works with us on that....we love coming to see you!!!

We love Dr. Douglas and everyone that works at Berwick! Y all are so sweet and make it a calming experience for our dogs instead of a stressful one.

Honestly, it was my easiest visit yet! Wait time was short considering they fit me in that morning, and care was quick and informative. One of my biggest complaints in the past was how long a regular visit took. Pleasantly surprised!

I called at the last minute wanting to get Macie in for a cytopoint injection as we were going out of town. Ashley and Bridget put their heads together and got us in and out in under 30 minutes. These ladies ROCK!

Great visit! I loved how they smeared peanut butter on the exam table in order to distract my puppy while the Dr gave her her vax. Great idea! I’ve never seen that before! The entire staff was professional and super friendly. They understood our full-time RV lifestyle and were very accommodating to help us to get our new puppy off to the right and healthy start. Thank you!

We are from out of town and our dog erin had an ear infection. We were able to see a doctor quickly who took care of the problem. We appreciate what you did for us.

Very friendly staff

Dr. Dana was warm friendly and thorough. She gives instruction and guidance that is easy to understand. I loved that the office followed up the next day to check on our pet. Customer service that was refreshing!

I put all ? s as 5 but site did not show as such. Dr. Dana was superb but did not have a chance to discuss diet at pick up. She called on Friday and left a followup message; I returned call around 2:30 left call back request but did not receive a return call. Would still like more diet information; Wed. early evening best time for return call. Thank you Ron Devlin 843/208/24799
