Your receptionist/front office helper seemed to be preoccupied with prescription labels and answering phones. I was left standing for about 20 minutes without any direction. I wasn t sure when I would be seen and didn t want to disturb her. Finally the Vet s assistant entered the reception area to invite me into the exam room. Not a professional way to service customers.

Max just loves Surf Paws and Dr.Kingery! He doesn t even shiver in the office! Its a good experience for him! I loved that i could get an appointment and be seen the same day. The staff is friendly and professional!!

My dog is seriously ill as Dr.K kept telling me and yet no one bothered to follow up to see how he is doing. I don t feel like I got a clear picture of how to proceed. The vet tech was really uniformed about anything. She could have been anyone out on the street. Dr. changed her mind three times about how to proceed. I couldn t follow the thought process as the words are unfamiliar to me. I left not feeling confident. This is unusual for your business, however, first and last time with Dr. K. My dog is doing poorly so I m going to get a second opinion as I am not even sure what the first opinion was!

My issue is with your automated e-mail communications. Example: Today I am receiving reminders about all the things Kacey and Kanoa needs, when, in fact, ALL of it has been done.
