Whilst extremely lovely Stephanie took a very long time to prepare our paperwork for Tika and Bella to travel. I was left in the consulting room for ages so decided to go out to reception to make sure I hadn t been forgotten. The other young girl apologized for the delay. When Stephanie first printed it out for me to look at she had the same DOB for both dogs on the paperwork. Then went back and took ages to correct it.

First time seeing Dr Herzog. He was very thorough and I was impressed with his bedside manner with my dog. He did everything to make her feel comfortable with being examined

It would have been nice to have the doctor come in to the room for a 3-5 minute discussion on how the dental procedure went AND THEN the paperwork could have been completed by the vet tech. It would also be nice to have received a call the next day inquiring as to how my dogs were doing.

I would have appreciated the teaching of the procedure. It was not clear to me until afterwards this procedure could be done effectively at home. Santana is still uncomfortable and so we will return. Thank you
