#1 & # 6 – Setting the appt was easy, but I don’t know why we can’t go into your office with our dog and speak to the vet who does the examination. I asked why, but didn’t really get an explanation. Weddings can have up to 100 guests, my gym allows 30 – 40 people in, etc. Why can’t you allow just one customer in with their dog? Since I wasn’t allowed in, I didn’t see the condition of the office facilities. #2 – When I arrived, I called and let them know I was waiting outside. I was told someone would be right out. Fifteen minutes later someone came to get my dog. The explanation was that they had two emergencies. I can understand that and it’s not a problem. I just wish I was told that when I called so I didn’t just wait around thinking they forgot about me.

These service is always great. The staff is friendly and love each and every pet. It s easy to see the doctor and she takes time to listen to my concerns about Cutie.

Quick service. I like the window to watch the animals being examined. The employees listened to the problems before determining the best way to treat.

As far as the office facilities, because of COVID we are unable to enter the office so I would hope it s clean.

I loved that even know I couldn’t go inside because of COVID I could still see Jet through the window.He Look so brave :)

Considering covid precautions all-in-all is was great.

The billing was not discussed. I just handed technician my credit card when pet was returned. Suggest placement of additional benches for owner s comfort. There were 3 other pet owners standing in wait for completion of their pet s appointment. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Thank you. Eleanor Otake

I really appreciated the warm welcome and care you gave to my beloved Lolo! I was very impressed with having a human being answer the phone and the same day appointment, both unexpected these days. After Zelda s appt on 2-26-2021 vet promised to send estimate for dental cleaning. As of 3-17-2021 estimate not received.

It would be great if you could put a screen up outside to block the wind while we wait for our pets. It s a freezing wind tunnel out there

The doctor and Emi were very accommodating but the gal who came to the door was not very friendly and as we did the visit outside I could see her staring me down. Your staff has always been friendly and accommodating since my dog is very stressed when she has to go to the doctor.

The Vet seemed to brush off my dog’s problem. We took him there for an inflamed penis with a large sore at the end of it. The end of the penis looked like raw hamburger. The Vet said that the penis looked normal. How can the penis be healed that quick? I don’t think she examined my dog very well. The large sore was there this morning! How can it heal that quickly! Like I said I she did a poor job of examining our pet dog!

i would have preferred to see Dr M but she was evidently booked. Hoku has been at SPs for many many years. It would have been appreciated to have accommodations made so Hoku could have been seen by Dr. M. Dr. Kingsley was fine. She was easy to talk with. I think the Dr. prescribed the right treatments. Two Concerns: 1. The syringe I was given to administer the meds fir the UTI was too large. I had to go back another trip to the vet to get a syringe that could fit into the opening of the bottle. 2. I believe I was told that I would get a phone call with the results of Hoku’s urine sample. No one called. Maybe I was mistaken thinking it would be today. I suppose if a timeline were given I would have felt better. Nonetheless, the visit was fine. No big issues at all.
