I saw two separate vets, one to do a check up and the other to unfortunately euthanize my cat, both providers listened to my concerns and focused on my animals, I loved that. I have moved to Cascade and thought it would be easier to bring my animals to Cascade, however based on these last two visits, I will continue to go to McPaws Vet. Thank you

We were called at home to bring Maisy in as she was due for an updated rabies vaccine. After arriving for our appointment, we were told that her vaccine did not expire until December. Give the option to either wait until she was in fact due, or to get the vaccine early, we opted to return in December. The person who saw us was very apologetic for the office calling us in unnecessarily.

Dr. Gephart is very caring and knowledgeable. The staff as a whole seems to have a communication problem between each other. Such as when test results will be done, miss drawing blood, not receiving return phone calls.

It was a difficult appointment as we got bad news, but throughout the staff were thoughtful and kind. We appreciated being able to stay with our dog and the updates and clear communication. Sunny & Dr Gebhard were both excellent.
