Our appointment on Monday was another example of why we wouldn’t go anywhere else for pet care! The whole process from scheduling to after care was very easy.

As always, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Dr Cathy was awesome as usual. There is a reason I ve been going to Orchards for almost 20 years. They are reliable,caring and provide the best care and service.

Front office gal understood that I was trying to keep my dog away from others and I didn t even have to tell her. She came over to me because there was another dog at the counter. The understanding of dogs behaviors was greatly appreciated. She went above and beyond to accommodate us. Thank you. Hopefully, you will have non slick floors soon or more rugs.

5 Stars on each one. I brought my dog in thinking she had swallowed string on part of a chew toy. Thank you for taking the time checking her and talking to me and calming me down and letting me know what to do and what is available. Turns out I don t think she ingested much of it and is fine. Thank you for all you do!

The facility was very clean but they were burning some sort of candle or air freshener that I am allergic to so I was unable to stay inside and had to wait outside for my kittens. It was very overpowering. I d rather smell lysol.
