We love the staff at Orchards Pet Hospital and Dr Ponozzo is outstanding.

Amazing service. My dog doesn’t do well with other animals. I let the receptionist know that, and they got a room ready while I waited in the car with my dog. The vet was so kind with my dog.

I was grateful that I could get an appointment on a Saturday since I was coming from out of town. The work week would have been difficult because the business would be closed by the time we got into town.

There was another dog brought in by its owner, while we were in the waiting room. The dog was very ill, a employee immediately jumped up to help the dog. Later she came out to tell the owner his dog had passed. She was very kind and thoughtful the way she told the owner. It brought tears to my eyes but I know, everything was done to help the dog. LOVE the way the animals and owners are cared for at Orchards Pet Hospital. Jo Bromund

i had 2 animals in for yearly visit on Thursday and 2 more on friday. they let me pay for all at once on friday to make it easier. so thoughtful and helpful. i love OPH! they are all the best!
