I love how friendly the staff is and so good with Saker, they take such good care of him and make sure I understand his treatment plan and if I need alternative less expensive options I am given one and the doctors always treat me nicely and try and help me make Saker’s Life his best life... we are so thankful to you all!!!

We absolutely love Orchards Pet Hospital. The doctors and staff are amazing and always so friendly. You can tell that they really love our pets. We wouldn’t take Emmy and Toby anywhere else!

I was so impressed when the front desk receptionist (shorter black hair with glasses?) offered to help me out the door while I had my large dog and 6 month old baby. The girls are always offering to help me even to the car. The best front desk staff!

Extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. always takes time to answer questions and offers advise. Am disappointed that you no longer take checks. I ve always paid that way and feel that customers with no history should be able to pay that way. Maybe by prearranging payment by check.

Wendy was super helpful offering an explanation and quote for dental services for Coco and Emily not only met me at the door to take her right away for her nail trim but also examined Coco s teeth and gave a thorough opinion on necessity of having a dental done. These two are always wonderful to us!

Medications were extremely expensive, not sure if its the medications or mark up -- more explanation would be appreciate. In addition for a long time customer I would hope that they would consider discounts based on loyalty
