I m still not really clear on what is wrong with my dog.

I showed up 7 minutes before my appt. 2 others showed up after me. They were seen before me. I had wanted over 45 mins. I do understand that you have one dr but it seems to me you over booked the day. Disappointing.

The staff was super friendly, very efficient, and understanding about my fearful dog.

Techs and Veterinarian could introduce themselves.

Kathy and staff were wonderful. I got news about our Zoe that I really didn’t want but with Kathy’s reassurance that we will have our little Zoe for a little bit longer. The front desk staff was very helpful and compassionate. Just one question, I got charged a emergency price office visit instead of a regular office visit. So that sure jumped my bill to pay. I want to thank you all for taking such good care of our fur babies. ??????
