Dr. Woodley and her entire staff are true professionals from start to finish. All aspects of patient care are handled with the utmost importance. I always know that my pets are in the best hands when at her office and sincerely appreciate the expert care we receive there. We are quite fortunate to have such a skilled veterinarian and her proficient team here on the Big Island.

I don t think I ve ever seen a cleaner vet office, and the atmosphere and attention are relaxed, patient and helpful. I feel my dog is cared for (nearly) as much as we care for him.

I m glad to have Robin as Loki s vet. The vet center is friendly pleasant place. :=)

I hit five stars for all - not sure if they registered. We have a gem in Dr. Robin and her entire staff. We cannot praise her and staff enough. Mahalo piha for your ongoing expertise, compassion and support myriad ways.

We appreciated the amount of time Dr. Lori Maness spent with us and our cat through his traumatic cancer surgery. Due to our empathy with our cat it was sometimes hard to concentrate on what she was saying (two of us being there helped), but appreciated her telling us to call later if any questions. The provided instructions are usually very clear and the receptionist has also been very good on explaining the meds and their instructions.

So nice to meet Dr. Woodley, Rachel, Angela and Darnell. I am so pleased with the level of service and care that Mocha and I received. Thank you to Rachel and Angela for answering my questions over the phone before I decided to come to Kapaau. They asked me lots of questions about Mocha and his history. They encouraged me to come in and see Dr. Woodley. I was really impressed that Dr. Woodley spent over 1 1/2 hours with Mocha and I. Her examination of Mocha, her explanations, support and encouragement was so thorough and caring. I ve never experienced such a personalized exam like Dr. Woodley s. I have renewed hope that Mocha will get better. Thank you everyone at Kapaau Vet!! Just wish you were in Waimea!

I was so pleasantly surprised to find a Vet that remind me of the best Natural doctor for people. The whole stuff and the doctor made me feel as if I was surrounded by angels, patient, kind, beautiful and treated my pet with love. I just wished I got the chance to say good bye and thanks before she disappeared to attend the next patient. Though it is a long drive for my pet in the car, and he did not enjoy, I will definitely bring him again because I felt extremely happy to know we have this type of care in the island.

My wife and I along with our 3 Basenji s are very happy with Kapaau Veterinary Center.

I called the office for an emergency call for my dog Charlie, they were able to get me in a room and got me situated with Charlie to calm himdown before the doctor came to see him. The nurses and the doctor were so caring and patient with Charlie. They knew just what to do with him and every step of the way they explained what procedures they needed to do and they asked questions to determine what was going on with him. Absolutely the best vet place. :)

I don t mind the drive from Hilo, but would be nice if you had an office in Hilo again :):)
