The survey would not let me change the values, even though i mose likely would have kept the same. Everything was great. I was able to see the vet same day that I called. I had however in the past left numerous messages and there seemed to be a delay in a response. Dr Fischer is great and always willing to listen and explain clearly.

Everything was fine there when I brought my little yorkie Riley in for his Rabi shot. Riley is very comfortable going to your animal hospital. He was very anxious when he first went there but now he is not afraid and I know all of the staff there make him feel much better. And Dr. Fisher getting on the floor with him was amazing.

I had a wonderful session with the doctor and felt he and I were on the same wave length in terms of care. I called back 2-3 weeks later for a follow up as my dog was not doing well but didn t get a call back. I called again a few days later and once again during office hours got voice mail and no one called back. I had no choice but to continue my search for another informed doc.

With regard to question 3, the wait was not for Dr. Fischer or any office staff. It was for an outside service providing an ultra sound for my dog.

This was our first visit and I’m thrilled to have found you! Everyone is fantastic- Dr. Fischer was very thorough and I’m inspired by his holistic approach. I was “wowed” when I receive a call the next day regarding the negative fecal test, he called because he knew I was concerned about this and it eased my concerns. Greatly appreciate you all!
