I had a great visit. Both Dr and Vet Tech were super helpful and professional. While my dog doesn t love the vet, he is cared for warmly and respectfully. I d recommend the practice to any of my friends.

I love that the doctor takes her time to listen to my concerns and seems to have a deep interest in the well-being of my dog. I especially like that she suggests treatment options and does not push too hard for treatments I am unsure about or not interested in. She gives me the option to think it over and review the best course of action. I am also very pleased with pricing as I have had other vets that had very costly fees and never seemed to address my dogs recurring issues. Overall very pleased!

Moose absolutely LOVES Dr. Szacki. He might growl, groan and complain when he gets shots, but he takes me to the door of the office Everytime we get to 19th St and 4th Ave.

all was good. only concern is the prices have become very very high causing me to have to seek many of my vet needs elsewhere

Front desk / reception staff is friendly, yes, but not always the most direct, proactive, or communicative. When there are multiple people waiting to be checked in/out, it would be helpful if the staff made more eye contact and gave some simple expectations -- be right with you or It will just be a couple minutes and then I can get you set up or You can have a seat; I need to take care of this person and will be ready for you in a few minutes.
