You all are the best! You love my Roo as much as I do and you didn t judge me for being a little bit behind on her care. I only wish the online appointment scheduler worked.

This was the first time I visited this center and I found it to be excellent …the staff was very friendly and courteous and the vet was very knowledgeable and helped me with a semi-friendly cat that turned out to be friendly…definitely will come back with my other 2 cats!

Everyone at the practice is very helpful and professional.

I was feeling a bit weary about their care with elderly dogs, but I am feeling better about this.

Wonderful to have such excellent care so near my home. I wish there was parking available but I understand NYC is what it is.

Had our first visit today and it was a lovely experience from start to finish. The vet and assistants we kind, friendly, caring, and informative. The office was clean, stylish, and easy to get to. Pricing was transparent and we had no wait. Can’t say enough great things about this place!

Everyone was lovely, as usual! Thank you for taking such good care of our pets.

My main feedback is that I waited twenty five minutes past my appointment time to get my cat seen for a SNAP test today. Since he has HCM and has had congestive heart failure in the past year, I try to limit the time spent at stressful events like vet visits (Peach my cat trembles and cries the whole time). In the future would deeply appreciate a heads up call if you all are backed up with other appointments and are running behind so I can come at a later time.

Everyone is so nice and the vet really takes the time to listen. My old vet really did not listen so that is a big relief. Visiting your office is great

Some of the staff at reception is a tad curt when answering the phone at times. I know that the center is very busy but it can be somewhat disconcerting. In person everyone seems fine.

I often send emails to the receptionist as I work opposing hours as your clinic. The single line response of please call us to make an appointment sometimes comes off as dismissive & robotic.

We absolutely loved your practice and staff! Everyone was so kind and inviting, it made our first vet visit so positive. The only feedback I would have is that I don’t think it was necessary for our cat to be grabbed by the neck! I know it doesn’t harm them, but he looked really embarrassed and the nurse before had no problem picking him up with his body and he seemed a lot more comfortable this way. After he was picked up by the neck he was much more on defense mode and started trying to get away from us, and as a result he has been hiding from us all day and has barely ate his food :(. Thank you for your care nonetheless

I just want to say thank you to the entire team for the amazing work you do!! I’ve been coming here for about three years and Dr Szacki is a huge blessing and a wonderful veterinarian. I spoke with Dr. O once bc Dr. Szacki wasn’t scheduled to work that day and she too was extremely helpful. Today was the first time I met Melissa and she was super friendly, extremely informative and overall attentive to detail. The most professional and organized team I’ve seen in a long time. I’m so grateful for you all. Thank you times a million!!

Hard to get an appointment. Booked weeks out. Disappointed Saturdays aren t an option.

Was able to get an enucleation appt. very quickly. Everyone very helpful! As usual. Representative called the next day to see how the cat was doing. She s doing well!

Great staff. Very accommodating and attentive to my dogs. Dr. Szacki was amazing with my dogs and they are not the most well behaved. Everyone made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Made a great choice for my dogs primary vet.
