Very satisfied with this veterinary service. I appreciate that the wait time is minimal. At our last vets, it was always a wait time of 1 hour. I always dreaded going.

I truly enjoy Dr. Heidi. Always trust her opinion, and her interaction with our dogs is GENUINE and sincere. One of the hardest things we ever had to do is put down our Otis, when his age caught up with him. She spent a lot of time with us and explained everything that was about to happen and stayed with us. A couple months later she was excited about our puppy Grady and was amazing with him. Thanks :-)

My appointment was for 10:00am I was placed in an exam room at 9:55am I waited until 10:30 to be seen. I felt it was a bit long to sit and wait while hearing the staff laughing and walking by the exam room. Im sure this was an isolated incident and I m still able to say Sunrise Vet is the best in Alpena!!! Look forward to my next visit.

I just want to tell you all how much happier Maggie is since you took care of all of her long matted hair. She is back to her cuddly self.
