we were surprised that we did not get an update text or call until 15 min before the scheduled pickup time: usually we are informed in late morning or around noon time of how our dog did during the dental procedure. there was a long wait for pickup even though we arrived at the prescribed time. other than these two items, things seem to have gone well.

It was great that Dr. Stone was willing to see a cat we were taking care of for an ill neighbor. Her regular vet was sick with Covid, and her practice temporarily closed, but Dr. Stone took on this sweet kitty so graciously. Thanks so much! I am so proud to be a part of this practice with our other animals.

On surgery day I was told someone was going to be calling or texting me with the status of my dog after surgery and I did not hear from the office. I was very worried about my old girl and would of appreciated the call. BUT We absolutely love your office from start to finish. The care is top notch!! And we are very grateful for the love and compassion everytime we walk through the door or on the phone.

I truly appreciated the care and service provided by reception, Dr. Stone, and Taylor. Side Note: I do wish you guys wouldn t mark up items like felv/fiv testing so much. I m painfully aware of the markup on such things. I understand you have overhead to cover, but the cost of good animal health care makes it so that animals are neglected. I suspect this due to many reasons... one being that people can t afford care. Just keeping up with the other clinics isn t ideal. It would be really nice if you could offer more affordable care because you all care, by not basing pricing on a business model. Sorry i ll get off my soap box. I really admire the doctors and respect that they paid a great deal in time, effort, and money to get their degrees. Just wish the business side of veterinary medicine wasn t so detrimental to cost.

The emergency oncall process was confusing. When you call a local number you think you are talking to someone local. I finally had to ask where this person was. If there was a way to communicate this to the caller, who is already under stress, would help.

Young lady up front behind the desk was very helpful, and she had a very positive attitude! I could tell she really loves her job!
