Staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous. Dr. Cole took the time to win over the trust of our rather anxious dog on her first visit there, and to listen to her background and our concerns. We were very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness demonstrated by the staff at the clinic.

All the staff at UVH are amazing and took great care of Chloe. We are so thankful for them during this time when our fur baby needed surgery.

I wish you had a volunteer driving team to help clients who do not have transportation. I do not drive and must rely on others to get me there. Not always possible. Luckily when Scooter became ill my neighbour (a retired vet.) was able to get me in to see Wayne. Unfortunately she could not be saved but having the help of two experienced people made it easier for me to make that hard decision. I have been a client for well over 20 years and consider Wayne a good and caring friend.

Dr. Dawn was excellent with my dog. Very gentle and calm energy. Front desk ladies were very nice and helpful.

Thank you to Michelle and everyone who provided such excellent care to Willy on Saturday. We are so glad we became clients!!

I can’t think of anything you need to improve. I am very satisfied and dr Wayne Cole is wonderful. He doesn’t rush the appointment and takes time to know you and your pet.

We have had 3 appointments in the last 2 weeks. Dr. Dan has been awesome in calling us to check to see how Belle is faring. We always feel welcome and listened to when we visit UVH.
