I am always amazed by the professionalism and courtesy of all your staff. I hope Wayne never retires, as he is a bright spot when I bring my dogs to see him. When friends ask where I go I always extol your virtues. I also have to warn them that premium service comes with a premium price tag; but it s worth it to me to know that my dogs receive the best care humanly possible.

It’s been difficult during covid but UVH has handled it well!! Reception/ techs are quick and try to handle my requests quickly. My recent emergency with my cat was handled promptly and very well. All in all, I would (and have) recommended them to others ... Catherine Young

In light of the challenges in this COVID-19 era, the appointment was efficient and properly distanced. The phone was answered promptly and doctor Dan was quick to get to the phone and discuss my concerns for my black lab Betty. I was impressed with how smoothly it went. thank you all.

During covid-19 my regular calls for food pick up have been answered promptly, and upon arrival for pickup staff have been extremely helpful, and respectful ensuring social distancing on my behalf as well as theirs!
