Since we started bringing our dog to UVH we have been impressed with both the staff and doctors. It has been a very positive experience. We also appreciate the time Dr. Wayne to took to follow up with us by phone after our most recent visit.

I would like to thank UVH and Dr. Cole for taking such good care of me during my time of need. Everyone was very kind to me and left no stone unturned to find out what was wrong with me. Dr.Wayne and the staff are always so amazing! Whether it s a difficult time for your pet or a routine visit, they go above and beyond making you feel like your pet is apart of their family.

You guys are awesome! Actually felt like my opinion was important when planning for his treatment, relieved a lot of stress for me :)

It would be really nice to have small sample sizes of the kibbles for pets to try before laying out significant $$$ for a bag of food that they may not even eat. The curb side meetings are well done & Dawn was terrific at explaining the issues. Thank you.

Staff are very compassionate and empathic. I truly appreciate the amount of support staff show towards you when taking your pet inside as well as offering time for questions. It feels that no question is a dumb one and that is so helpful.

Overall we were very happy with the level of service. 5 stars. There was some confusion regarding flea and tick meds and blood requirements as I received conflicting information from different people during appointment set up and pre surgery testing. And the cost of 300 for seven pills and no testing seems pretty steep. However overall although pricey we were very happy with the service and the care towards Wyatt Thank you very much ????

Ii am extremely impressed at everything you provided for the kitten . She has been so well socialized already! I intend to continue having her looked after there.

Always we are thankful for the quick response to any concern. We have been given an immediate appointment to any concerns. The follow up is amazing!
