We love this office and Dr. Echolds! The staff is always so gentle and loving with our two cats, who are scared to death to be outside our home. Dr. Echolds spends lots of time with us during each visit and asks lots of questions. We appreciate how thorough, informative, and caring he is as a vet.

My experience on several visits is The office staff is always friendly & accommodating. My visit yesterday was the first time I could meet in person with my newly adopted pet even tho I have almost had her for 2 years. All went extremely well & very appreciative .

Dr. Echolds has gotten very busy which is the sign of an excellent provider. So he is often booked a week out. But I know if it was an emergency, he would find a way to see my pet. He never rushes and always takes his time with my pet and I. He makes it feel like we are on the same team as we discuss the care for my dog. I really appreciate him and his sweet staff.

Thank you very much for the care shown during & after Pepper s recent surgery. I was especially relieved by the tone of the woman s voice who called to tell me that he was fine. I know that your office must encounter many pet parents who are overly attached like us, but each interaction is kind and patient.

Everyone at Rancho Niguel Animal Hospital was, and always has been, so very attentive towards my pets and myself. Dr. Echols is always so professional and caring during the appointment and pet examination. He takes all the time necessary in order to be thorough in his examination. When serious things need to be done in order for my dog to return to good health, Dr. Echols always shows great compassion, concern and skill.
