I was trying to give all 5 stars but the page wouldnt let me. Im so glad I found this vet center. So much more efficient and friendly than my previous care giver. Kitty has improved so much in 3 weeks. Thank you!!

We took our new puppy to get see for her regular visit and start her puppy plan. Recently after we had an issue where she seemed to have discomfort. Long story short is they got us in right away, performed an emergency surgery to remove a blockage and informed us every step of the way. Our pet is back home doing well. Extremely happy with choosing this group of great people. Looking forward to many years of being my pets here. Thank you again for all that you do!

It’s long, long past time to get rid of the masks and allow more than one person in the appointment. I was also confused as to why an employee wasn’t wearing a mask but we as customers had to be subjected to it.

My dog is always nervous once he knows where he is. This time was different. Once we were in the room, the vet techs and the doctor made him feel welcomed and relaxed. They answered all questions I had and were very accommodating.

It would be nice to have someone tell me how his boarding experience went. I asked 2 people and they didn t know anything of how it went. Just wanted to make sure eating went okay and how his demeanor was and how his shots went. It would just be nice to have a little more communication about all that. But otherwise, he seems happy and the staff were very friendly.

My cat had senior labs drawn during this visit despite them having been drawn in September. These labs are very expensive, so I would have appreciated if it would have been delayed, or a revised set of labs that are less expensive suggested. Both times, her labs were absolutely fine. In the future, I may completely forgo the labs.

This was our most satisfying visit to date! The new vet was lovely and the assistants were helpful and did not add to our dogs anxiety level.

If the regular doctor is not going to be in and there will be a replacement for her, please tell your clients before they arrive so they can choose if they want to wait for the regular doctor or not. Thank you.
