I love this place!

I actually asked three different times for a quote on what the spaying cost would be prior to dropping off my dogs. I never received a quote (not even a ballpark figure). Soooo, when I got the bill I had a case of sticker shock. I honestly think that I should have been given a quote or even a rough ballpark figure. I probably would have had my dog s done separately instead of at the same time so that I didn t have to use my charge card to pay for their spaying. I was told by each person I asked that they would get back to me with a quote but never heard from anyone. Even on the day I dropped them off I didn t get a response to that question. The onus is on my because I shouldn t have dropped them off without an idea of the cost. People and all other services are awesome though.

Dr. John & staff are always very helpful and flexible. This was an emergency visit and I appreciated being able to drop the cat off and get back to work while Rosie received her evaluation & care.
