The staff are always very helpful and friendly. Dr. Shepherd had an emergency come in while I was in the waiting room, but he come in to see my dog in a timely fashion and took the time to explain the details of the issue with my dog and a plan to assist him in his older years.

Thank you for having a military discount and taking care of our fussy fur babies.

Very nice people and facility. We will be changing to this office for all our dogs. Dr explained things very well and took all the time to explore all our needs and concerns.

Very good vet & staff friendly & helpful

I rarely give negative comments but when you make appts online it says if you’re 10 min late you get charged the office fee and you’re rescheduled. Yet I came 10 min early and waited an hour past my appt to even get into the office and not even a sorry for your long wait. My time is just as important as yours. I realize emergencies come in but you need to not make your appts so close together to compensate for those circumstances.

Was going to ask when I picked up my fur babies. Why the large increase in price from having 2 done last year and 2 this year was around a $400 increase

Way to expensive. I don t spend this much on myself. Out of control.

Prices are outrageous and I do understand that everything has gone up. Maybe special pricing for income stressed or payment arrangements

I had Dr. Shepard come to the ymca camp when I was director and speak to the campers. He was great!!!He is still great and always takes his time with every client! I highly recommend him for all your pet needs!!

Genuinely, Four Loving Paws is a Five Star veterinarian service. I was so impressed with the Doctor s knowledge, compassion, professionalism, and humility. The staff equally as well. This will be our Family Doctor for our rescue Greyhound. Billing is very reasonable.
