I can’t figure out the star system and I didn’t see any instructions. I always have had a good experience with everyone at the clinic. Appointments are on time and they’ve taken great care of our dogs over the years. We still take our dog there even after we moved to Lexington.

Upon calling to make my first visit, the staff member that took my call was very informative and friendly providing a great first impression! Directions were specific! I appreciated the compliments of my dog as well as the great service!

I was very impressed with prices, time to get in, very impressed with the staff. I love how caring they was with all 4 dogs and they took the time to see all 4 dogs at once and had patience with them.

Everything was great as usual. I ve never been dissatisfied with any service or appointment there. Everyone is always helpful and nice. Mitzi may think differently because she s not thrilled about the visit but as long as I know she was treated great we have to ignore her opinion.
