Cash was given the kennel cough vaccine and influenza vaccine when I had cancelled that the week before because we decided not to board him and I called and spoke with Carlotta about that and informed her that I would just be bringing him in for his rabies vaccine, I then called back and Dr. Phillips answered and i informed him of the same.

Very friendly, up front about cost. And got me in the same day.

I took in 2 cats today. One with a cold and a new one for a well visit. They both had exams, some bloodwork, a couple vaccines for one, an antibiotic shot for the other, plus medication to take home and the entire bill was $164. I was shocked that the fees were so reasonable. Dr Phillips was very attentive and gentle with both cats and answered all my questions. I have never had a bad experience here. They are always loving and treat pets like they are family.

Although we have moved and won t be coming back to your hospital I wanted to let you know that we enjoyed having Anderson Animal Hospital as our Vet care the last 4 1/2 years. We had excellent care and compassion from the staff and everyone was always friendly Thanks again Mitzi Mary Ann(granny) and Robert Thompson(Dad)

I can’t figure out the star system and I didn’t see any instructions. I always have had a good experience with everyone at the clinic. Appointments are on time and they’ve taken great care of our dogs over the years. We still take our dog there even after we moved to Lexington.

Everything was great as usual. I ve never been dissatisfied with any service or appointment there. Everyone is always helpful and nice. Mitzi may think differently because she s not thrilled about the visit but as long as I know she was treated great we have to ignore her opinion.
