I have a very frightened shepherd. Staff was wonderful with her and saw t I het comfort as much as possible. That was greatly appreciated. Both my shepherds grumble and make guarded noises.they don t bite but anyone approaching them won t know this. We appreciate the tender care they both received.

Excellent service! My dog had an urgent need on a day when office visits were not available due to scheduled surgeries. They asked me to bring Buster in and that they d work him in around the surgeries. I appreciate their flexibility and quick response. I had Buster back home and comfortable within a few hours. I have been a long time patient of Dr. Drum . He has taken care of three of my dogs. Unfortunately, two of my dogs died at age 15 and he was very kind and supportive at the loss of both of them. The staff is always kind and concerned about your pet. Although, they are expensive, I think Dr drum gives you service for your money.
