Like the annual versus semi-annual wellness and fecal. Steve Drum did not rush us and made us feel as though he would take the time to answer any questions we had.

Dr. Girard is excellent. She fusses over the pets, and doesn t suggest any unnecessary procedures. She s a down to earth, competent vet, and is a joy to visit.

I was impressed with the vet technician and how gently she handled my cat. The Vet was very nice and explained what has happening and the future evaluation from the blood donation.

Really felt comfortable with the care my cat received from all of the staff!!

The groomer did an excellent job. I have taken Polly to several groomers this is the best grooming she has had. I was disappointed that the groomer did not acknowledge the dog in any way when meeting her even though our dog was obviously fearful.I would have felt better if the groomer had at least talked to her.

Dr. Girard and the vet tech and the receptionist are always wonderful.

As usual, I was expecting to see Dr Drum, but to my surprise I had Dr. Girard. It would have been nice to be told at the time of my appointment was made, but I must say I found Dr. Girard very pleasant and caring.
