These surveys are almost a waste of time.....except I know they re not. lol The staff at CPAH is ALWAYS the best!! From making appts., to changing appts., to accidentally missing appts., the front desk crew is always cheerful and helpful. And the Techs that work with Dr. Girard are always out front chatting and getting the pets calmed down if needed. And, of course, is the Dr.......The Best!!! Can t say enough about how lucky we are to have Dr. G taking care of our two pooches!! Keep it all up!!!

Love this place! Doctor Smith was so great with my Pomeranian who had a seizure, he was kind, explained things when I was a mess. The whole office staff too, I highly recommend this place.

I am new to the area, and hit several dead ends with trying to get my dog in to see vets closer to home. I decided to give Colony Plaza a shot, and was not disappointed. My dog had a seizure shortly before my scheduled appointment, Dr Drum and his tech, Sarah, took time to talk to me about my dog, her usual behaviors, and how she was acting out of the norm. Dr Drum explained what he thought might be going on and what he was seeing every step of the way. I was anxious about seeing a new vet, but he put my concerns to rest immediately. And further convinced me I made the right choice when he called me to give me the upsetting diagnosis from my dog s biopsy. Never once did he treat myself or my dog like strangers, or like a number, but took time with us and made us feel comfortable and valued. I hate that our first experience was a traumatic one, but I feel like Dr Drum and the staff at the clinic really genuinely cared for me, my feelings, and my beloved pet. Thank you.
